29 years ago, Rip Lunning made the decision to bring his carpentry skills back to his hometown in Northern Michigan where he became the Project Superintendent and Master Carpenter for Sweetwater Homes in Lewiston.  Rip has worked as a carpenter for the past 40 years providing a wide range of services.  In 2023 when Tommee Render announced his retirement, Rip made the decision to carry on the traditional values and hard work they have provided their customers with throughout the years.  Our clients entrust us to not only build their dream homes, but to complete their remodeling projects and bring their visions to reality.  Our team is committed to providing a standard of excellence and gaining the confidence of clients by completing the jobs on time with quality service and follow through.
